Introduction

MANDALAX (the "App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

The App is provided by Marketing Assistant (the "Operator").

1. Information We Collect

The following information is stored locally on your device only.

• Goal map data (goals, sub-goals, action plans)
• Reminder and notification settings
• AI suggestion usage count (daily counter)
• Theme color settings
• App lock settings (PIN stored on-device)
• Other in-app preferences

All of this information is stored in your device's local storage. The Operator cannot access it. Data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the App.

App Store Privacy Label Compliance:

• Data Not Linked to You: On-device data (charts, settings) is never sent to our servers and cannot be linked to you personally.
• Data Used to Track You: We do not engage in any advertising tracking or user profiling.

2. Communication with External Services

The App communicates with external services only when you use the AI suggestion feature.

• Google Gemini API (AI sub-goal & action suggestions)

When you use the AI suggestion feature, the goal text you entered is sent to the Google Gemini API over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Per the Google Cloud API Terms, data sent via API is not used for Google model training (Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum applies). See https://policies.google.com/privacy for details.

No data is sent to external services unless you use the AI suggestion feature. Notifications use local scheduling and do not send data to external servers.

3. No Data Collection by the Operator

The App has no proprietary server. The Operator does not collect or store any personal information, usage data, or analytics. All data resides in your device's local storage.

4. AI Features

The AI suggestion feature uses the Google Gemini API managed by the Operator. You do not need to obtain or configure an API key.

AI suggestions are subject to per-plan daily limits:

• Free: AI feature not available
• Premium: 10/day
• Premium+: 50/day

Counts are stored on-device and reset at midnight (device local time).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored on your device. You can delete all data from the app settings at any time.

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all on-device data from within the App
• Deletion: You can delete all data from the app settings, or uninstall the App to remove all data from your device

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has used the App, we will take steps to delete any relevant data.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
